CN Charred Wood Table Lamp

This sculptural lamp by Christian Nyberg blends rustic materiality with modern minimalism. Crafted from charred wood, it features a striking, branch-like armature that bends at right angles, evoking a sense of organic tension and balance. The matte black finish from the charring process enhances the natural grain while giving it a raw, elemental aesthetic.  An exposed bulb hangs from a simple cord at the end of the arm, its warm glow contrasting beautifully with the dark, tactile wood. Anchored on a sturdy, geometric base, the lamp reads like a functional piece of art—unexpected, slightly primitive, and full of character.
